Refunds & Returns

ORDER CHANGES 

Your order is placed, once your Payment is accepted by Dressify. By providing Payment, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once your order is placed, you may contact us to request to cancel or update your order within 3 hours, before it is processed by the Dressify team. Otherwise, all orders are final, and our Returns and Refund Policy then applies.

Please ensure you read all of our Policies and Procedures if you wish to cancel your order and review our Returns and Refund policy below, first. If you have any questions please feel to contact our customer service team at contact@dressify.com.au.

Dressify also reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable, if you have provided unauthorised credit card payments or if we are unable to process payment on the card provided. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if you have provided incomplete or invalid personal details required to fulfill your order.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery and any losses or damage incurred as a consequence of incorrect information provided will be charged back to the customer and Dressify will not be liable or responsible.

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to Cancel or Return your order, the following fees apply:

'Speciality Orders' are made specifically for your order and therefore, a 60% restocking fee applies to all Cancellations and Returns. All remaining funds are refunded to you.

'In-Stock Ordershave a 40% restocking fee, all remaining funds are available to you as a Dressify Credit, to be used on another sale through our Site for a period of 12 months from the date of the original transaction.

We regret postage fees and rush fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The returns policy excludes sale items, items marked for final sale and earrings or underwear including Spanx and Bras for hygiene reasons. These sales are final, and do not attract a Refund or Store Credit, and are not able to be returned.

Please note that return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer without a Refund or Store Credit being issued.

 

DRESSIFY CREDIT

When you receive a Dressify Store Credit, it is valid for 12 months from the date of the original transaction. Credits must be used in full on your next order with Dressify. This credit is not redeemable for cash and any unused credit will become invalid after use or upon expiry unless otherwise stated. All exchanges and orders placed with a Store Credit are final.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM 

All returns are processed via email.

To make a return, please email our returns department at returns@dressify.com.au and ensure you can say YES to the following:

  1. Your order was delivered within the last two weeks.
  2. Your item has all tags attached; and
  3. Your item is in it’s original, resellable condition.

In your email, please include your

  1. Your Order Confirmation Number;
  2. The Name that the Original Order was made in;
  3. Item Code, Colour & Size
  4. Reason for Return

We will respond within 1 business day, to confirm your request and advise of the remaining process.
